- A perfectly balanced riesling that is so name as the vineyard spends a lot of time in the clouds. This wine is a labour of time and love as it takes ages for the grapes to ripen... the result is, however, worth it. A taught and clean, with that classic lemon sherbet and a touch of skins for texture.
