- An extremely unique production of sake, made from Murasaki red rice (an extremely rare product to be found in the production of sake) and kyoto native Iwai rice. The result is a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, with flavours of complex cherry and pomegranate offset by savoury umami to makes this a sublime creation, suitable for almost any dinner or occasion. The fact that this wine is conceptualised & constructed by a female Toji (something as rare in sake as red rice) just adds to individuality and quality of this delicious rice wine. Very limited numbers.
