Harkham Wines traces its roots back to Israel’s renowned wine region, Zichron Yackov, where Aziza Harkham (the matriarch of the family), was amongst the first winemaking pioneers in the early 1950's. In 2005 Terry, Efrem and Richard Harkham took over Windarra Estate and winery in the Hunter Valley to follow in this tradition. Need something kosher? These wine's are just that! Each vintage is blessed by a Rabbi in the barrel fermentation room - a room that only said Rabbi or the winemakers themselves are allowed to enter. A textural, fruity, medium bodied dry rose with a touch of spritz and a natty vibe made from organic Hunter Shiraz- love what they've done with this!
