- Chef Dave Verheul set about creating a new Australian style of vermouth. We're happy to report that he's been succeeding for a couple of years now, and every release has been brilliant. This new release uses Rutherglen Moscato as a base wine and is infused with a mix of marigold, calendula, elderflower, chamomile and wormwood (as well as apricots and peaches from a biodynamic farm!). Beautifuland unique micro-batch vermouth!
