- Vallee Du Venom is the project of Rhys Parker and Paul Hoffman. Both grew up earning pocket money picking and pruning at Paul's parents' winery in the Swan Valley, and both found their way back to wine after careers in environmental consultancy. They're now award winning (Young Gun of Wine) producers of minimal intervention wines made from organic grapes. This Syrah is not too heavy and has characters of red and black fruit with a nice leathery earthy depth and a nice long finish. Great value Western Australian Syrah!
