- Sebastian and Zac had a dream to create quality minimal intervention wines that are fun and don't take themselves too seriously; also at a very approachable price point. This is a fun and smashable Cab Sav / Shiraz rose that they like to call "The easiest drinking Rose in the country". Wild ferment, unfiltered, but just solid and clean and Juicy. It's got orange, citrus, campari and peach flavours and it's bloody delicious!
