We love our skin contact wines! What is skin contact you say? It's the process of letting the juice that's extracted from the grapes, hang out with the left over skin of the grape! This extracts vivid amber, pink or red colour into the wine (hence the other name for this type of wine - orange wine!) and also encourages rich flavours and extra crunchy or grippy textures.
The more skin-contact the wine, the more intense the flavours!
