From the Volcanic earth of Mount Gambier, these guys are making some special stuff. The Good Intentions range is one to make you turn, so we've whacked together a variety pack to really impress your friends with!
Good Intentions, Gris Diddly Dee, Pinot Gris, 2018
75% gris / 25% pinot. The gris is left on skins for 3 weeks. This wine tastes of the sea, salty with earthy tones and acidity that keeps you coming back. Is it a rosé? Is it an orange wine? Fuck knows. One thing for sure, it's bloody delicious and will having you asking why you only bought one bottle.
Good Intentions, Charmeleon, Chardonnay, 2018
Left in barrel for 15 months and rested in bottle for another 4. It is chalky, oxidative, and rich in minerality, with acidity to die for. A true reflection of patience and perfectly grown chardonnay.
Good Intentions, Relatively Red, 2019
The only Shiraz planted in Mt Gambier. Volcanic wine. Some whole bunch, some carbonic, some in oak and some in tank. This is a mind blowing wine which shows how Shiraz can be, when treated like a new born baby... and at 10% alcohol it's as light as one too.
