- Christian is a 4th generation wine maker from Burgenland. His families estate supplies the fruit and this is a blend of Weissburgunder(Pinot Blanc) and Scheurebe. He essentially presses the juice and leaves it in 1000L barrels for a year without racking or filtering and bottles without sulphur. The result is a unique and unadulterated wine with strong notes of lemons, herb flowers, bright grape-y acidity and great texture.
