Shipping 

Free shipping is available to all interstate orders of $150 or more, and are shipped via Auspost. 

Adelaide based? Orders over $80 and made before 6pm (15km of Adelaide Only) will have same day delivery Monday - Friday. 

**Please note same day delivery cannot be guaranteed during sales or promotions. During these periods shipping may be delayed up to 24 hours. Further delays and customers will be contacted directly**

*We will attempt to deliver your order directly once. If you are not home you will need to arrange to collect your order from our city depot. Please note deliveries cannot be left unattended due to liquor licensing regulations. 

Local orders made under $80 and/or outside of our same day delivery zone will ship via Auspost.

Unfortunately COVID19 has impacted some delivery times. Orders are issued with tracking numbers so that you may keep an eye on your delivery status.

 

Shipping and estimated time frame:

Estimated dispatch within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise specified. Eg: in the event of a pre-sale. The estimated delivery is 2-14 days

*** Please do note we do not deliver on public holidays. All orders will be dispatched on the nearest business day thereafter.

***Deliveries will need to be signed for by a person over 18 years of age. 

** We cannot ship orders to PO Boxes. Addresses must be supplied where somebody of the age of 18+ is able to sign for the items. If you are restricted to mail by PO Box (rural or otherwise) Auspost now offers a PO Box Plus service that can allows parcels to be delivered to your PO Box. 

**Juice Traders is not liable for any goods handled by a third party during transit. In the result of any missing or damaged stock we will facilitate the insurance claim, once process has been completed we can assist with replacement orders. 

Estimated delivery times:

SA METRO: Same Day - Next Day Delivery

SA RURAL: 1-3 days

VIC: 3-6 days 

NSW / QLD / ACT: 4-6 days

WA: 7-9 days

NT: 8-11 days

TAS: 5-8 days

 

Returns 

Juice Traders respects its customers rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you don't love your product please email us at help@juicetraders.com.au 

Think there's something not right with your wine? Hold onto the bottle and it's contents (don't pour it down the drain) - pop the cork back in and contact us to discuss.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase subject to approval for faulty goods. Note product does need to be returned and assessed in order to be approved. Please email us directly via help@juicetraders.com.au

Please note we do not offer returns or refunds for discounted or promotional products. 

Juice Traders is not responsible for any shipping issues related to our third party couriers. In the instance of courier delays, missing parcels, damaged stock we can assist with facilitating an insurance claim with the courier. Returned goods must be received by our depot in original condition before any credit notes can be issued. 

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order please email us at help@juicetraders.com.au . However please note adjustments can only be made if your order has not left our dispatch centre. Unfortunately, if your order has already been sent we cannot cancel or make changes. 

We do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind. 

 

Sale / Discounted items 
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Discounts and other promotions cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless specified by Juice Traders.
