Another completely free run juice of pure Nebbiolo, this wine is sitting in a part of the Hills closer to home, and it comes out in its softer and more playfully sweet body. There's more cherry here, with gentle grippy tannins encouraged by almost a month on skins. This is the wine of the series that could go either way with food or by itself - it's still a serious wine, but gosh it's good.
