- Désiré Rolet started making wine in Jura in 1942, with his children taking over in 1958 and further establishing what has become Domaine Rolet. The focus of this family enterprise has always been on quality farming - which these days is organic. This 100% Trousseau from 40+ year old vines is a delicious and very easy drinking fruit bomb of a wine. Red and black fruits, some lovely smooth tannins and a nice length. If you like Trousseau you know how delicious they can be - and a beautiful example if you haven't tried a Trousseau before!
