75% gris / 25% pinot. The gris is left on skins for 3 weeks before pressing direct to barrel on full lees. If this wine was a cricket player it would be an all rounder. This wine tastes of the sea, salty with earthy tones and acidity that keeps you coming back. Is it a rosé? Is it an orange wine? Fuck knows. One thing for sure, it's bloody delicious and will having you asking why you only bought one bottle.
