A light and lively wine that really encapsulated that part of France and french culture that is just revolutionary, pushing against the status quo. Formerly a "Brutal" Project wine, the new title comes from a student-led protest in 1968, and means 'Capitulation Does Not Pay!' This is a cinsault in its most pure and striking form. The taste is of berries, prickly pear cactus & watermelon rind. A light and refreshingly delicious time.
