Winemaker Anton Von Klopper is one of pioneers of Australia's natural wine movement, releasing the first Lucy M (Lucy Margaux) wines in 2007. Since then, Anton has dedicated himself to honing the craft of using zero chemicals in any stage of the winemaking process. Whole bunches of Pinot Noir were foot stomped prior to ferment and then the crushed bunches went into 2000 litre oak fermenter. It's a delicious Adelaide Hills Pinot that's slightly wild and lightly floral with cherry and cranberry and a freshness from some quite spritely acidity. Anton's notes on this one are brief: "Serious Pinot!!!"
