Celine and Laurent Tripoz started their Domaine in 1986, with the first vintage of their own wine produced in 1990. Their passion is equally focused on viticulture and winemaking, with the domaine being converted to organic and biodynamic practices by the 90s. This is light and refreshing with savoury characters as well apple, pear and citrus. A refined and structured sparkling Aligote from a quality Burgundian producer!
