No one could ever say that Sammy Smith of VHS makes boring wine. His experimental winemaking method often evolves wonderful creations infused with botanicals and ferments.... pushing the boundaries of what we consider wine to be, and often doing so to our remarkable enjoyment! This blend is 4th in a long series of 18 "beast" wines. It sees elevage in a smoked cherry wood puncheon, with the final product full of smashable drinkability. THere are savoury notes playing with rich plums. A complex and exciting cuvée!!
